That phone call ・ email may be a scam duck （ ） ！

This is an alert from the Kamogawa Police Department regarding telephone deception.
In Kamogawa City, a person claiming to be a city hall employee has been receiving suspicious phone calls that appear to be a refund scam, saying
"I have a refund for a nursing care welfare matter."
"I have a refund for nursing care welfare.
Please do not respond to calls or emails you do not remember.
If you receive a suspicious call, please contact the Kamogawa Police Station.
