Description

Since the Kamakura period (1185-1333), the 33 sacred Kannon temples in the Bando region have been worshipped by many people as memorials to the dead of war and prayers for peace. The three sacred sites are scattered all over the Kanto region, and the total distance covered is more than 1,300 km.
This time, we will visit Kozoji Temple (Yana, Kisarazu City. I will talk about the pilgrimage route starting from the 30th fukusho (temple) and ending at Chiba-ji Temple (the 29th) ・
Kasamoriji Temple (the 30th) ・ Nakoji Temple (the 33rd), actually walking the route, checking existing road signs and
using the Meiji Rapid Map to restore the original route.
