Installation of Residential Fire Alarms ・ Inspection

To prevent casualties due to failure to escape from fires, all residential （ apartment buildings ・ including duplexes ） Residential fire alarms are required to be installed in all apartment houses including duplexes.
If your residence does not have one, please install one.
Houses that already have them installed should have their operation checked periodically, and we recommend replacing the main unit of any alarm that has been installed for more than 10 years.
