私たちの農園がある棚田は２千年以上前は海底でした。その土地に珪素やミネラルが豊富に含まれていることに注目し、海から吹く潮風も利用することでおいしい作物が育つと考え農園を誕生させました。自然の恵みを最大限に活かした農法で通常の稲の約20倍もの分結力をもつパワー溢れる「薬寿米」や「大地レンコン」が育ちます。
