Baking bread in a brick oven ！ 🍞 [Tateyama Wild Bird Sanctuary Management Office

Tateyama Wild Bird Sanctuary has a brick oven.
Visitors will experience bread making from dough making to baking in the kiln.

The amount of water and fermentation time required for baking bread depends on the temperature and humidity.
We will explain the basic kneading and fermentation methods in an easy-to-understand manner, so even beginners
can feel free to join us.
While waiting for the dough to ferment, we will also make soup and enjoy a homemade
lunch of freshly baked bread and soup.
