Conditioning is an exercise in physical conditioning.
We take the body's habits and put it back into the correct position before
training it to avoid distortion.
You will be amazed at how your body changes !
It is not a tough or strenuous workout !

Yoga mat, 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, drink 1 yoga mat, 1 face towel, drink
* If you do not have a yoga mat, please bring 2 bath towels.
* Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
